“ I am passionate about our wildlife and it is an endless inspiration in my work, whether that be in painting, drawing or photography. I am known to have way too many reference photos of my adventures in our great outdoors and they all contain our wonderful fauna and flora… we are very blessed here in Australia. I felt that it was the least I could do, to give back to one of my constant inspirations – the Koala, especially now that they are in such danger. I hope my painting ‘Rebirth’ can do some good to help care for the current and future Koala population in Australia “ Linda Hammond
Artist bio
A self-taught artist who loves working with charcoals, graphite’s, pens, acrylics and water colours. specialising in wildlife art, pet and people portraits. Linda started drawing at a very young age and it’s always been a constant in her life, even if there has been long breaks due to work or life itself.
