Talk the Talk or Walk the Walk? Obviously, for the koala to appear on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species as Vulnerable means to-date there has been a lot more talking than walking. The species has already slid past the IUCN categories of Least Concern and Near Threatened. It’s listing, probably within 50 years will go from Endangered to Critically Endangered then Extinct in the Wild followed by Extinct. LIVING with KOALAS is adding it’s voice and money raised to support and fund hands-on practical regeneration and conservation measures to reverse the koalas progress to extinction in the wild.

Below we have listed some  KAN DO initiatives that organisations and individuals can do to help the koala population. We have another 100+ to upload. You don’t need to wait for anyone else. You Kan help. Starting today. Whilst koala and environmental experts talk and talk and debate and argue about the actual number of koalas left in the wild and the many reasons for their demise one thing is for certain – the difference between human action and inaction is extinction for koalas in the wild.
