100 Artworks for a Koala entry: Title: ‘ The Eucalyptus Forest ‘
Size: W 60 (24” ) x H 40 cm (16’) | Medium: photography – archival print, digital photographic capture
“ When conditions are right in the valleys of the Blue Mountains an inversion cloud layer forms and at sunrise early light streams between the eucalyptus trees creating an ethereal image that I was lucky to capture this morning. A black and white conversion reduces the final print to a study of tonal contrast without the distraction of colour” – Megalong Valley, Blue Mountains National Park, NSW, Australia. Andrew Peacock
